Phase 2

Stop marketing to "everyone" — figure out who actually buys

A short workshop that walks you through the audience-research process I use with paying clients, so you can do it yourself in a couple of hours. No templates that don't apply to your business — actual exercises that produce a usable answer at the end.

What you'll walk out with:

  • Three or four specific customer personas — with names, ages, jobs, and what brought them to you
  • Where each persona actually spends time online (not "Facebook," but which Facebook)
  • The words they use to describe what you sell — usually different from yours
  • What stops them from buying — the part most marketing skips
